Today’s New Thing

I am so not having a good day. I woke up just bummed out, and the world just feels so poopy today. Covidiots are all over the place, I so cannot wait until this plague is over! On another note this morning I decided that instead of just drinking Mr. Sutherland I was going to decant it into other containers and do a second ferment, I just checked it and I think it is starting to carbonate which should give it some more flavour in the not to distant future.
