On Friday I started a new yogurt that I planned on letting to ferment for about 48 hours, today was the day to put it into the fridge. I will admit that it fermented for a little longer then planned, I took a sniff and thought it smelt a little closer to butter then yogurt? I grabbed a spoon and tasted a little bit, it tastes amazing but it needs to cool and stop the fermenting thing.
