I am posting this just as a story for others to see so that they do not feel alone.
When I first got to a point where I was socially full time and realized I could no longer use the guys washroom, I was needing a friend to go with me into the bathroom. I was out with a bunch of friends who belonged to the cis community, and I needed to go pee. I tried hinting to a friend that I wanted her to come with me, she just did not get the hint. I bugged her a few days later, after a few friends in the trans community told me I should. She apologized, I know people who are cis do not know some of the trans problems so I do not guilt her.
