Today is a weight day so I did my treadmill time then figured out my bands. Today I decided that I was going to go down a resistance level for my legs. My hips are still not very big fans of me working out my legs but I need to keep working them. Today I took my grandmother shopping, when I got her back home I told her I would bring in her groceries. Standing up after getting out of my car felt… today my new thing is being thankful that my hips hurt as I know they are still being worked out even though I moved down on resistance.
