Yesterday I twisted my ankle on the treadmill. I couldn’t put much weight onto it, I still cannot do treadmill time today but hopefully tomorrow. Today I am thankful for my dishwasher; yesterday I didn’t have the ability to stand long enough to make food for consumption, maybe if it wasn’t a dishes day I may have been able to do stuff. This morning I ran my dishwasher and realized how excited I am to be able to use a dishwasher.
