Yesterday I was putting my rhubarb extract in yogurt and carbonated water. It was amazing, so today I thought I would put a little into my coffee. For some odd reason I put it onto my coffee grounds rather then into the coffee after steeping. I does not taste anything extra; so I splashed a little more into my coffee and it’s still a no, nothing extra.
I do have some ideas for how to add the rhubarb flavour to it but I need Ms. Sutherland for that.
