Today I realized that I need to separate my work life and my home life. I have my office, where I work I try avoid going in there when not at work. Today I decided I have a staff room while I am at work, it doubles as a living room while I am away from the office. I will not go into my bedroom while at work. I am so thankful that I have set up boundaries as to my work life and my home life.
