Today’s New Thing

I made a tasty white wine banana vinegar recently, today was the day that I would put it into a bottle. I liked my rhubarb vinaigrette; enough so that I will be making it again but next time more vinegar to oil, so I thought I would do that with my banana vinegar. I don’t know if it was the oil, the vinegar, or the ratio but it wasn’t all that good.
