I made a white wine rhubarb vinegar a little while ago. I really liked this vinegar but today I added olive oil to it and made an amazing vinaigrette.
I have made a simple vinaigrette before but didn’t think much of it. Today I really enjoyed it, I think my bread and salad consumption is going to go up!
