So I use yogurt in place of sour cream, I like yogurt more then sour cream. I ordered plain yogurt so that I could make more, I put some yogurt on my plate to dip my pirogies in. I dipped my first one and stuck it in my face, there was a vanilla taste to it. I was instantly frustrated that there was a flavouring to it; I can’t make a new yogurt with that, but then I liked it cause it tasted good. After dessert I was frustrated again that I couldn’t make my own culture, I have never experienced this emotional rush over dairy.
