I have been wanting to make some more brown sugar banana vinegar for a while now, I would get all of the parts in place then the banana would over ripen way to far. I finally got to it today, I am normally precious with the water and wine ratio but today I was a little less so because I have an actual Mother to stick into the mixture. Today my New Thing is making a fruity vinegar with a mother rather then a unfiltered vinegar.
