Today I sous vide some cheap pork chop from Walmart. Sous vide makes even the cheapest cut of meat great. I seared the pork chop and I thought I was going to need something else to eat with the pork. I thought I would cook up some pasta, as I cook pasta in my pressure cooker or the same place I was searing my pork chop. I thought about it and was about to get my other pot out but decided I wasn’t going to want to wash another pot. Cooking pasta in pork fond is amazing!
