I made some mayonnaise yesterday, I tasted it today and it tastes so good. It had a lemony taste to it, I thought about it and was a little confused as I didn’t have any lemon juice in it.
I realized a bit later that it must have been the vinegar I made it with. Today I realized how thankful I am that I have gotten into making homemade vinegars.
