Today’s New Thing

I fell out of sous vide cooking because I had to use single use plastics, I had some resealable vacuum bags but the silly pump was not good for my back, and I did not know how to save the vacuum hole, I didn’t think of getting an electric pump or looking up best practices. A few days ago I figured I should look that stuff up especially if I was going to do my Monday thing. Today I received another part of my new eco friendlier vacuum sealing system and the third will be coming tomorrow. I am telling to make it work with my old system, maybe that way I can return parts one and three but I am having no luck with that so far.
