I have been making things via fermentation for a bit now, recently I decided bananas would be a fun thing to try. I put a few bananas, salt, and brown sugar into a bag and sealed it up. After putting it into my fermentation I realized I should have put some star anise into it so. Rather then opening up the bag to just add the spice I sliced up some more bananas to make a different ferment. I am thankful that I am interested in trying different foods.
