I have been excited about vinegars before so it isn’t knew that I am excited about the vinegar in my mustard today. My mustard making project is not new either, well the making mustard because I need mustard for a recipe isn’t new. The being excited about my mustard is a new thing though, being excited about condiments is my new thing for today as I am thinking about making ketchup with a white wine vinegar.
