Today I am thankful that I am working on fermenting everything. I ordered avocados a little while ago, and thought what the heck while I was bringing some things in from outside I thought about maybe I should get around to making the guacamole. I have made lots of guac before but what could I do that’s different? I could ferment it, never tried that before. If I didn’t get into my new hobby I would be left with plain old guac.
