As I said in yesterday’s post I was thankful that I made the effort to get my dishes to a better state of clean. I was able to fill up my kettle to make coffee and I wasn’t repulsed by the smell, so that was good. I looked into my fermentation station and it looked as Breanne was ready to come out; I separated the lettuce and the brine and tasted a bit of the fermented lettuce, it tasted good not sure it’s something I will do regularly so I stuck it into the freezer. The smell though the smell hung in the air and it was amazing.
