So when I get depressed I slack off on cleaning my place. My dishes typically end up piling up in the sink, this morning I decided today was the day that I was starting my fermented blueberries. I am wanting to increase my probiotic intake as it helps my tummy feel better, having more options then just yogurt would be a good idea. Today I am thankful that I woke up and decided today was the day I started fermenting blueberries.
