This morning I woke up and I was just so happy, I knew I was going to have a good day! I was well rested and it was great.
I have been meaning to make more sauerkraut for a while now; yesterday I finally got to it, maybe that was how I slept so good? Making sauerkraut you need to bash the cabbage for 20 to 30 minutes after you have sliced and diced it up, the bashing for 30 minutes has been what has prevented me from actually doing it as my back doesn’t like it but yesterday I used my food processor to do the slicing and dicing and my stand mixer with the dough hook for the bashing. In about 4 weeks we will see how it turned out. I have made sauerkraut on a couple of other occasions so we will see.
Today my New Thing is blaming my fermentation game for helping me sleep so much better.
