Today my rose is finding out I am COVID free!

Today my thorn, or I guess thorns, are my knees. I really messed up my right knee when I dislocated it a little more then 90 degrees around my leg, then I messed up my left one soon after as I was favouring it while my right one healed. Today my knees hurt so much.
