Today’s New Thing

Funny story; I use my Apple Watch to help motivate myself to do 30 minutes on the treadmill everyday, but I get a kick out of seeing how many calories I burn when I take a poop. This morning I was having a bowl movement (I burnt about 6 calories), but I noticed I also added a work Out minute! I don’t know that I can say I have ever done that before but I did today!
