Wednesday I was talking with my psychologist and I mentioned my rings on my Apple Watch. A while ago I had turned my exercise ring down to 20 minutes. A few days later I realized I should not have done that I need to condition myself to be less lazy so it was turned back up to 30 minutes. I have been closing my exercise loop for a week now, I was just not feeling like I could on Tuesday and then again yesterday but my exercise loop got me to do it.
The little badges the watch gives me helps encourage me to push to do more. Today I am thankful for my watch and those badges to encourage me to keep on my exercising.
