My Thorn today is stepping a funny step on my treadmill this morning. I hurt my ankle really good.
My Rose today is recognizing my drive. I could have gotten off the treadmill and called it a day, rather I got off the treadmill got some water then got back onto the treadmill for the remaining 13 minutes.
