A few weeks ago I got some exercise bands; they were sitting in a box collecting dust until I decided that I should take them to my physio and get some guidance on how to use them, so yesterday was the day that I decided I was going to do that. My physio told me what I needed to do, and limited me to every other day. Today my New Thing is completing my exercise ring and almost completing my calories ring all before noon; don’t get me wrong I normally get the exercise ring done and burning a little less then 75% of the calories before noon, but I was about 20 calories short of the target that’s about 95% of my goal and I am feeling rather proud of that.
