I was just having a day, I did not take the opportunity to do my treadmill time this morning. Around 21:30 I realized I was no where near burning today’s calories, so I hit the treadmill. I burnt the remaining 25% of my calorie goal and then some. As I was writing today’s posts I got thinking, on Friday I didn’t do my treadmill time but still burnt considerably more then 100% of my goal. How did that happen? I thought about it and I realized it was probably because I was out in meat space, I guess the anxiety thing helps burn my calories! Today’s New Thing is realizing there is a benefit to the anxiety I developed in 20*0?
I try to see positives in as much as I can.
