Today I am thankful that I saw a physio about my ankle! I started back on my treadmill last night (a day before I was suggested I could start back), my physio told me I should slowly get back at it starting back at 5 minutes. I am thankful that I only did 5 minutes, my ankle really isn’t doing to good and I don’t know how it would feel after 30 minutes.
