For a while now I have been meaning to get off my lazy behind and make ketchup. I love making my own ketchup as I get to choose what goes into it, having made my own vinegar I thought I could make a really simple but really tasty ketchup.
Mix about 80ml of vinegar and one can of tomato paste, add any spices you want. I just simply used my cherry vinegar and a can of tomato paste, and it turned out so yummy.
