Today I opened the bag my pomegranate was fermenting in the seeds taste amazing! I took a bit of the skin, it tasted good but was a little chewy and the mouth feel was not that great. There is enough taste good in there to toss them but I am not sure what they would be good for? Maybe if I had Mr. Sutherland I could use it to flavour some fermented water?
That’s what I will do: I will stick them into the fridge to slow the fermentation process and next week I will hopefully have some fermented water to flavour.
