I saw a discussion about fermenting lemons, I started the fermentation process with 6 lemons. I was making supper and realized I still had bananas, so I sliced two up added salt and started the fermentation process to make a banana.
I have named my lemon brine Lou Lou, and the banana brine Diddy.
