250ml milk
90ml maple syrup
Combine milk and maple syrup in small pot. Over medium bring milk to a point where it starts to bubble and not boiling while stirring.
Once bubbling starts lower heat and let sit over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes, to reduce by about 50%. While it is sitting on low heat do not touch it.
After chilled place in fridge, can be used as coffee creamer or in place of condensed milk in other recipes.
In place of maple syrup choose a different sugar or sweetener, make it your own.
