Wild Berry Greek Yogurt

250ml of wild berries

125ml of white sugar

500ml of plain yogurt

In a small pot put berries in and heat, put in white sugar and mix top make a simple berry syrup. Remove from heat and chill, stirring so it does not set. Once cool add Yogurt, mix well. You may consume like this however if you want Greek Yogurt follow step two.

Hang double layered cheese cloth, or other reusable cloth, full of flavoured yogurt over bowl and allow the whey to drip out over night or the day.

In place of the wild berries you can use any simple syrup, to make it your own.
