Today I have started making some cottage cheese. To the best of my memory I have never done that before so hopefully it will be yummy!
Edit* when I think cottage cheese I think creamy cheese curds, what I got was crumbly but squeaky cheese curds. Maybe the optional step with cream that I decided not to follow stopped that but either way I like the squeaky cheese curds.
