Today I am thankful for the Internet and my ability to cook. After reading many different recipes for mustard I was able to develop my own, which I really am liking! Maybe next time I will use plain white vinegar and honey or just white wine vinegar and no honey. Some recipes call for beer rather than water, maybe I will do that rather then fancy vinegars and honey.
