I woke up this morning and decided I was going to make some yogurt today, only problem is yesterday when I started my sour cream I wasn’t confident that the yogurt I already had was actually all that yogurty I hope it is yogurty enough to make sour cream, I wasn’t going to risk it for making yogurt. I looked up other options and came across using citric acid, that I had so I am attempting to make yogurt with moo juice and citric acid.
Today my new thing is making yogurt with citric acid rather then a yogurt starter.
