Today I had a left over egg white so I needed to figure out what to do with it. Thinking about it now there are many things I could have done but I decided to through in a few more eggs and yogurt and made a yummy omelette. Today I am thankful that I have figured out how to make omelettes, and not turning them into scrambled eggs.
