I could write about how this making a new thing post at 02:00 before I went to bed was my new thing but rather I am going to write about my new thing being my fermented sour cream. I have made plain old sour cream before, not really sure if my previous attempt would have been fermented? I know how I made it last time, but I am too tired to figure it out right now.
