A little while ago I found a ham in my freezer; putting it off I finally sous vided it today, it is amazing. Knowing I was going to want more then just ham I decided to open up a can of beans, having never cooked beans in the pressure cooker before I decided to put in some red pepper flakes and ginger powder with the beans.
I never realized how the pressure really goes gets the flavours together.
One can of beans, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and a pinch of ginger powder and then pressure cook for 10 minutes.
