Addition to my fermentation station

I decided to add to my fermentation station this evening, I am lacto fermenting some more garlic, but why? I have plenty of fermented garlic in my fermentation station already, why would I want more?

I saw a YouTube video of someone fermenting in honey, so I thought hey why not? They seemed to enjoy the honey.

In retrospect I am thinking maybe I should have pressed the garlic before adding the honey but oh well.
