I feel I posted something that didn’t deserve the title of a new thing so I needed to do something else.
I started the process of making some hot sauce, well maybe more of a sweet sauce as the peppers were not that hot. It is now doing the fermentation thing. I had put in a few cloves of garlic cause it would be tasty, I got curious as to how fermented garlic would taste. I looked up a few things and came across this web page, Fermented garlic benefits. I pulled the cloves out of two knobs and pressed the remaining cloves from the third knob, mixed some salt after then after sitting for an hour it was moved to a jar with a burping lid. In a few months I will hopefully have some amazing garlic!
