After some thought I decided to move my second fermentation station into my kitchen. This morning I went to feed my ginger bug but could not get the lid off. After struggling with it for to long I decided to just start a second one. I didn’t put the lid on nearly as tight this time.
The problem with fermenting things pressure builds up and if you don’t burp containers they will blow up so I have lids that burp themselves. So I am not concerned about anything blowing up.
