So yesterday I did get around to starting my yogurt. The recipe I found for doing it in my instant pot said “cook” it for 10 hours I thought that was rather fast but what the heck I would do that. This morning I took a peek at it and saw that it was no where near ready, so I decided to give it another 10. Today I am thankful for the time that I have to be able to work at my projects.
