I don’t do good in the heat so this morning I woke up early, not by choice but still way too early, it is also power up day tomorrow so this girl isn’t doing to great today. Later this evening when it cools down I plan on adding pickles to my fermentation station. I haven’t quite decided which brine method I am going to use just quite yet but I am thinking I am not going to boil the brine.
A few days ago I was moving things around on my fermentation station when I saw that my pickle flavoured vodka vinegar was ready. I think I am going to use that to make my pickles, cheating as it maybe I hope it turns out good.
