Today I am thankful for my fermentation station.
Due to COVID I have decided to watch a lot of YouTube. One channel I enjoy is Bon appétit, one of the hosts has a fermentation station which I have modelled mine after. Seeing as how I am off work and physically distancing from everyone I have decided I have nothing but time and making vinegars could be a new hobby. I thought about what else could I do? So I have made different sauerkrauts and am working on different extracts. I have tried pickling different things but have failed miserably with that, maybe I will try again some time soon.
