I have been putting off my make ketchup plan for a few days now. Today I have decided that it is going to be put off for at least another week as I am going to be adding to my fermentation station! Today’s New Thing will be making lacto fermented hot sauce. I got a couple handfuls of jalapeño peppers, some hot peppers, and an onion I also have some ginger. I am debating if putting onion and ginger will add to much or if both of them are going to be good in it.
*edit: turns out it is just a jalapeño sauce, hopefully it turns out good! Maybe I will make another one with the rest of the jalapeños and peppers, with a little bit of onion.
