So I have been watching Bon Appétit, as I already make my own vinegar I have fallen in love with some of the things that one of the hosts makes. I was going to wait until my sea weed showed up to attempt the recipe for fermented mushrooms Found here. I got a little impatient waiting until tomorrow that I decided to just skip the sea weed. In a week or two I will know if it turned out good.
I have some more jars showing up some time soon so I will be able to also try with sea weed.
I did like the little bit I got on my fingers!
*edit because it is fermenting I decided it would probably be a good idea to put on a one way valve so that it burps it’s self if need be.
