I have been saying I was going to start making miso for a while now. I ordered Koji a while back it got delivered on Thursday but it took me until today to make the long journey to the mailbox to pick it up. I looked up recipes the one I settled on I was reading and in one place it said you needed soybeans so I decided tip just eat the chickpeas. A little while later I looked at recipes again and found I don’t need soybeans. I have a can of chickpeas drying and a can of brown beans doing the same I am planning on making three different misos, with the two types of beans.
After I made a boo boo with the chickpeas I am going to give it another try tomorrow.
