Because I don’t plan on making chickpea or Coke sourdough in the near future I stuck them in the freezer. I hope the freezer doesn’t kill it but I don’t want to culture mold.
I am thinking of pulling my aquafaba starter out and trying it again. I am not entirely sure if I wanna let it defrost first or if I will just let it go from there.
After lots of thought I think I will let it defrost. Then tonight I will revive Mamoa!
