I started making an apple juice a few days ago, it was a new recipe that involved it sitting for 2 days rather then boiling it. Today was the day to try it out, I think there was too much sugar and there was no benefit to creating it this way over boiling it.
Soon I may try doing it with a one way fermentation lid rather then an open container with a cloth over top. I accidentally broke one of my jars that the lid fits on so I am stuck with the decision of is my garlic honey done or not. I do have another jar but the lid is stuck on as I am trying to pickle some onions and garlic in a wild berry vinegar.
