I have some onions pickling in a berry vinegar; I would have eaten it already but I cannot open the lid. I have some honey garlic, in a day or two I think I will use it on bread and/or in a stir fry. Today I started fermenting a banana, next week some time I will figure out how to eat it.
A few weeks ago I drank some of my fermented apple juice and got violently sick. I think I will do some research and give it another shot tonight. Not the drinking it as I disposed of it immediately after getting sick but making it.
